We do this to keep the price you pay upfront as fair as possible. We will do our best to ensure that you will be happy with each purchase, and this includes a thorough quality check of each item prior to shipping. As well, we are friendly folks who want to help others find the clothing they feel comfortable in and try to be available as much as possible to chat.
For these reasons, we only offer returns/replacement for items that arrive damaged or defective. All returns, replacements, and exchanges must be on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and un-altered merchandise.
We will do our best to facilitate exchanges for different sizes, but as a small company we cannot guarantee that we will have the inventory in your desired size. Nonetheless, we will try to facilitate your request and are available to chat prior to any purchase. As makers of ready-to-wear clothing, we understand that every individual will have subtle sizing differences we design our products to be easily altered when possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
